Terms & Conditions – Serina’s Mobile Spa Services

1. Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking platform or by phone.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
• Deposit fee $2500.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation fee $2500

3. Travel & Location

• Mobile services are available within designated areas. A travel fee may apply based on your location.
• Please ensure the location is clean, safe, and suitable for spa services. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed inappropriate.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the appointment.
• We maintain strict hygiene protocols to ensure client safety and comfort.

5. Payments

• We accept payments via cash, bank transfers, or approved mobile payment methods. Full payment is due at the time of service.
• Accepted banks include First Global, Scotia, JN, and NCB.
• Payment on website.

6. Service Refusal

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, or if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

7. Minors

• Clients under 18 must have parental consent and supervision during treatments.

8. Promotions & Packages

• Offers and packages are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

9. Privacy

• Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
